Phase I. of Premier Outlet Centre opened in November 2004 on 12 700 sqm GLA and was fully let within a year. Phase II. development started during 2005 and a further 30 Outlet stores on 4,800 sq m GLA was opened in August 2006. After the successful leasing of phase II. the development of phase III. started which further boosted the centre with an extra 6 500 sqm lettable area since its opening in 2007.
